Any and all changes, cancellations, or refund requests shall be recorded in the same time zone where the original reservation was made (e.g. PST for Los Angeles headquarters, GMT+9 for Seoul office) and shall only apply to regular business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Please be sure to confirm your cancellation with the agent at the location/office where the original reservation was made.
There shall be no refunds for any unused travel for any reason.
In case of cancellation or refund, credit card processing fees shall apply to all customers whose original form of payment included a credit card.
The credit card processing fee shall be 3.5%
